Please read these terms carefully before using the bajle platform. This is a legally binding agreement between you and bajle.

General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and bajle regarding the use of the bajle platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its services.
By accessing bajle's website, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.
bajle reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published. Members are advised to review this page regularly.
These Terms have been drafted in Bengali and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. Users are solely responsible for complying with the local laws of their own country.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
To use the bajle platform, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- The user must be at least 21 years of age. No person under the age of 21 may use this platform.
- The user must be an individual — registration on behalf of any corporate entity, trust, or other legal entity is not permitted.
- Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
- The user must be able to verify their own identity and conduct financial transactions in their own name.
- The platform may not be used from areas where online gaming is prohibited by law.
Age Verification
bajle reserves the right to verify a user's age and identity at any time. Refusal to provide the required documents for verification (such as a national ID card or passport) may result in account suspension or closure.
Account Registration
When creating an account on bajle, you must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

Updating Account Information

Deposits & Withdrawals
The following policies apply to financial transactions on bajle.
Accepted Payment Methods
bajle currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).
Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for any payment method is ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
Withdrawal Policy
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the account used at the time of deposit — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- In the case of suspicious activity, bajle reserves the right to verify withdrawal requests, which may take additional time.

bajle secures all financial transactions through SSL encryption. We do not sell or transfer your financial information to any third party.
Bonuses & Promotions
Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on bajle, subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.
Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if not used within the specified time, it will expire.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
- bajle reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
- bajle's decision is final on all bonus-related matters.
VIP Program
bajle's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits vary by tier. bajle reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.
Gaming Rules
The following rules must be followed when playing games on the bajle platform.
Fair Play Policy
bajle believes in fair play. The outcome of all games is determined in an impartial and verifiable manner. Any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of a game will result in account cancellation.
Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted mid-session or displays an abnormal result due to a technical error, bajle will investigate and provide the correct resolution. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error will be considered void.
Betting Limits
Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is displayed in the game interface. Specific conditions regarding maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus is active.
Sports Betting
For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with bajle's operating policy. bajle's decision is final in any disputed result.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajle platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in permanent account cancellation and may lead to legal action in certain cases:
- Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
- Using fake or stolen payment methods.
- Creating multiple accounts to unfairly claim bonus benefits.
- Using any software, bots, or automated systems to influence game outcomes.
- Attempting to exploit the system in collusion with other users.
- Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
- Making fraudulent chargeback claims against bajle.
- Attempting to hack or damage the platform's security systems.
- Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
Account Closure & Suspension
bajle reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these Terms is violated.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
- If age or identity verification fails.
- If an investigation is required under anti-money laundering regulations.
- At the user's own request.
Refunds After Account Closure
If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) held in the account will be returned to the user's registered payment method. If an account is closed due to fraudulent activity, the balance may be forfeited.
Self-Initiated Account Closure
Any member wishing to close their account voluntarily may contact [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests made for responsible gaming reasons will be processed on a priority basis.
